is there a template for goblin characters, if so where could I find it. Also is there typical pantheon for them to worship or are they godless little heathens?

Not a template, per se, but you can find rules for playing Goblins under their entry in the Bestiary.

As for Deities, they typically worship Lamashtu, though they revere four Goblin Hero-Gods as equal secondary deities.
