Bought a subscription, how long till I can download the PDF?

Just purchased a subscription to the Pathfinder RGP. I heard that subscribers have access to the Bestiary II PDF, but I do not. Anyone have any idea on what I need to do to fix this? Thanks!

You don't get access until they actually ship your product. So once it ships, you'll get an e-mail saying it has, and a link to download the PDF.

what mdt said, though technically I believe it is when they charge your account for the shipment. Which means your shipment has been boxed up to be shipped.

mdt and Dark_Mistress beat me to the answer - you do not get access to your subscriber's free PDF until your order actually ships from our warehouse (which is the same time your card gets charged).
