Ket’chen’s citizens woke up to a fog filled morning, a gift from the sea that was all too common. The town market’s stalls just being set up for the day’s trade, a wondrous sight filled with hundreds of strange items from all across the world and from the sea. At the town square, a group was gathering, the third of its kind, reading themselves to venture into the dark.
alright, post your characters and introduce yourselves!
| Chu'Rall |
Chu'Rall walks into the town square. His green skin basks in the morning sun and takes on a brown hue, like the bark of tree, when the light reflects off of it. He is tall and thin, almost gangly. His alien appearance is only overwhelmed by the 12 foot tall tree-like creature that hovers beside him in a protective manner. They scan the square looking for something. Several newer merchants gawk at them openly but Chu'Rall takes no notice of them.
You have heard of a Yarran Druid that travels aroudn the area of the town. He is known for helping the town over the years with several monster and crop issues.
The tree-like creature beside the Yarra is called a Treeling. Is is not a plant, but an animal that has adapted itself to the deep woods. They evolved to take on the appearance of trees to better hunt and hide in the woods. They are very rare and usually shun contact with other humanoids.

Orenishon walks softly, almost floating into the town square. He strode with purpose--he knew there was a problem in the town and was he for the purpose of helping.
His grey faceless body revealed nothing about himself as the average looking Flunard entered the square. The only thing that might have stood out about him was the bright, nifty looking red robe over his torso. As he arrived, he looked around at the others gathering, and took immediate notice of the huge true-like creature and his companion.
"Greetings," he spoke to the two.

You are immediately assaulted by several strange smells, some sweet, some bitter. You mind scrambles for a second before processing them into the Yarra's strange language
May the world mother's blessing be upon you, I am Chu'Rall, and this is my protector, Treeling. Are you here also answering the call to help these people?| Livyathan Coretin |
The masked figure that walks through the cloud with a small book open, writing in it as he looks around. Such an interesting group of people...
Spying a rather large tree moving through the crowd, Emrys closes his book and moves closer to investigate. He's not surprised to see a Yarren nearby, but seeing a fellow Flunard is a nice surprise.
He waits for a polite moment before introducing himself.
"Hello. I'm Emrys."
| Grendolos |
Approaching the already Diverse group is a large Ape. He walks upright, holding a Battle axe in one had, using it as a walking stick. In the other hand is a strange site for a Ormanguchin.. A spell book is Open and being studyied. As he reaches the Group, he snaps the book shut, and drops it into a pouch on hism chest that looked too small for the book.
"Hail, I am Grendolos of the Ormanguchin. Honor and glory to you all. A fine morning to start a quest don't you think?"

"Good afternoon to you all. I am Orenishon, and it sounds like we are all walking the same path, so to speak. I woner who is in charge around here that we might be able to speak to about the happenings."
| Oren Mitabu |
Without realizing it, Orenishon becomes a bit more stiff and formal in his dealings with the newcomer of his own race, knowing he will undoubtedly be revealing his status as a Fallen One sooner rather than later. "Ah, yes, pleasure to make your acquaintance. Hopefully, we can do some good together."

A Kilk, dressed in fine silk robes the colour of wine stands at the centre of this small gathering, he holds to a staff made of dark wood. He enjoys watching the variety of creatures that would aid the town. After a while he pauses, grabbing his staff and tapping the ground to get the attention of the adventurers. “Brave adventurers that have gathered here today, I welcome you all. Your journey will be filled with danger, many who have gone before you have never returned. I shall take you to the entrance, but that is where your journey will start and mine will end. Any last minute preparations before we leave?” says the Kilk

"I believe I am as prepared as I will be for the venture."
