I'm going to be a jerk again and ask that we keep the IC conversation in the IC thread and not the OOC thread. Discussing spells and tactics to use in the current scene is meta-gaming and, frankly, it spoils the fun of being surprised by one another's creative use of abilities, terrain, opponents, etc. It should be done in conversation between the characters.
On a completely unrelated note: @Nox - I am GMT -6

@Zyren - I made an Irrisen ice mage for another game last month. We were going to give the words of power a try and as I went with a finnish theme with the character's name, I found the finnish words for all of the words of power just to add some flavor.
Have you considered the feat: Irrisen Ice Mage from the Cities of Golarion book?

Gandal, my Idea would be an Half-Orc Alchemist, the background would be the shaman of an orc tribe which had been outcast after giving a false Potion (Reduce Person instead of Enlarge Person) to his chief.
The role in the party would be support melee/scout
Here is the Alchemist if you would like to read it again:

For the traits, i just need to read them, i don't know all of them. And they are not corebook stuff anyway so no problem...i don't know the new classes from the APG very well, will read them on the d20 SRD.
If you want to play an half orc alchemist go for it.
Edit: at a first glance Gorag looks ok, only i don't see traits related to Varisia or Riddleport

Here is my character concept for Second Darkness, Gandal. It is an homage to my Rise of the Runelords character from a home game. I wanted to give him a chance to continue on through his daughter.
Since the others seem to have worn you down on using the APG, I'd like to continue that trend and go with the Sniper archetype for the rogue. It replaces trapfinding with accuracy, halving all range increment penalties when using a bow or crossbow and replacing trap sense with deadly range which increases the sneak attack range by 10 ft at 3rd level and another 10 ft every 3 levels after. Let me know what you think.

It isn't so overpowerful, accounting that the vast majority of the AP is urban or underground, so a sniper'll have little occasions of using her superior range skills, but if you want i'll just read the class better
Gysseannia background is good, she'll be a nice char to run.

Gandal, would you allow this feat from "Cities of Golarion"? its sooo fitting:
Irrisen Icemage
You were born with the power to drive ice and snow as others drive their slaves.
Prerequisites: Sorcerer, Irrisen affinity, may only be taken at first level.
Benefit: All of your spells with the cold descriptor are cast at +1 caster level. Any spell with a different energy descriptor is cast at –1 caster level. Three times per day you may alter a spell you cast to deal cold damage instead of its normal damage; your +1 caster level for this feat applies to this variant casting.

Would you allow this alternative racial trait?
Toothy: Some Half-orcs’ vestigial tusks are massive and sharp, granting a bite attack. This is a primary natural attack that deals 1d4 points of piercing damage. This racial trait replaces the orc ferocity racial trait.
It would fit to the charakter portrait you could find in the profile.

Yes, absolutely. Orc ferocity for me has always been a waste of racial skills slot

i just put even more pressure on Barry.
and i beleive i resolved an encounter without resorting to violence, even without a decent modifier in diplomacy. saved the party from a potential TPK, and revealed Barry's treachery to his master.
i beleive accomplishing all that is worth at least some AD-Hoc XP.
what progression are we using?

when my bestiary 2 comes out in the mail. i hope i can get a certain crazy character idea off of my chest. A soulbound doll druid of Lamashtu with an Akata animal Companion. basically a crazy fallen druidess (becoming a blight druid) who in an attempt to cheat death from age transferred her soul into the doll she kept as a keepsake of the former childhood she once had with the restrictive parents Lamashtu had Coerced her to kill. she would be a form of anti druid. instead of revering the natural world, she outright despises it because of the concept of order. her biggest wish is to turn every plane of existence into a chaotic, raving, mad, desolate, wasteland of death and anarchy. she also doesn't consider herself living because her soul inhabits a ball joint, wind up, porcelain doll augmented by a philosophers stone on the inner part of her winding slot. spells that raise the dead do not effect her, but she can be easily reanimated by turning the key. which her akata companion is trained to do with both it's mouth and it's tentacled main. she would be chaotic evil aligned but understand the use of tools to achieve her goal. and her appearance would be modeled after a gothic victorian era porcelain doll. in her prior life, she was a Tian Elf Druid from the empire of Minkai and has Adopted the name Sakuragami Ichigo. she feels more at home around abberrations and inside the maelstrom than she does in any natural terrain that is not a desolate lawless wasteland. i hope you don't mind this character, Gandal. she is forever thankful of the blessings granted by the mother of all monsters. my saturday DM would never allow this crazy character on the criteria that she is evil, worships lamashtu, is no longer a biological entitiy, has crazy motives, cosmetically resembles a child, can be reanimated by turning a key, has no means of reproductive capability for him to abuse, and is too highly "animesque" in his opinion.

I am not much of an Anime fan these days - I used to like it back when (Akira, Fist of the North Star, etc - OLD SKOOL) but I DO like CHUCKY... but WHY would I have CHUCKY as a PC in my party!? and why would CHUCKY be interested in killing Orcs for someone?
Or the famous Barbarella scene...Barbarella
