Hi Paizo!
I placed an order yesterday and combined the shipping with my 'next subscription shipment'. Now the shiny Bestiary 2 Poster seems to have shipped separately (big tube?). The other items went into my sidecart as per usual.
Scroll forward 12 hours and I got an email telling me the order was about to ship but the newly sidecarted items were being held for my (next?) next subscription shipment.
Is it possible to have my non-preordered sidecart items moved into the pending order?

Explanation: A couple days before we start shipping out subscription orders, we hit the big giant button that pulls the available items out of people's sidecarts and into the order with their subscription items. If additional items are ordered after we hit the button, they end up going into the *next* subscription shipment instead of the currently pending one. It looks like you added the items just after we hit the button.
As for the poster, because it is rolled, it won't fit in the box with other items so it will always ship separately. Since it is shipping separately, it shipped right away.
Action: I have moved the two recently added items from your sidecart into the pending order.

Your order turned out to be too large for our system to handle and we ended up having to rewrite some code as well as split the order up to get it to the point where we could ship it. It should all be shipping within the next day or two. Unfortunately, due to the complications I wasn't able to get the dice and dice bag on there so they are still in the sidecart awaiting the January subscription shipment. I've gone through and made sure we are still charging you what we quoted you in your order confirmation.
