Homebrew Race: Muridaceans

Homebrew and House Rules

This is the first time I've ever tried to create a Homebrew race, or a campaign setting for that matter.

Anyways, fluff aside, the Muridaceans are a race of human/rodent people that I have heavily based around Freya and the Burmecians from FFIX (haters gonna hate, etc etc, I know some people hate FF). If anyone has any suggestions for mechanical balancing I'd greatly appreciate it.

MURIDACEAN TRAITS

Attribute Adjustment +2 Str -2 Con Despite having a well developed musculature, Muridaceans bodies tend to crumple under stress.

Vertically Inclined: Meridaceans bodies are well suited for traveling vertically. As long as they are carrying a light load or lighter, they take no fall damage. If carrying a medium, fall damage is reduced by 1d6.

Strong Legs : As long as a Meridacean is carrying a light load, it takes no movement penalty from wearing medium or lighter armor, and reduces all skill penalties from wearing armor by 4.

Powerful Leaps: As long as a Meridacean isn't carrying a medium or heavier load, their jump distance and height is not limited by their size.

Wall Climber: Meridaceans get a +2 to Acrobatics checks related to jumping and a +2 to Climb.

Well Balanced : Meridaceans can attack with a one handed weapon while climbing without penalty.

Soft Shoulders : Whenever a Muridacean wears Heavy armor, they suffer double the speed penalty, are considered as carrying a heavy load, and is considered fatigued until the armor is removed.

Weapon Familiarity: Much as Elvish warriors romanticize the blade and bow, Muridacean culture romanticizes the spear. All Muridaceans are proficient with spears and short spears.

Languages: Common, Muridacean
Bonus Languages: Sylvan, Elvish, Auran.
Size: Medium
Favored Class: Fighter

Use this as a guide line example of balance.

Here are so more examples of good balanced races.

-> Ignore the star ratings on the Rojuba, some people do not know how to vote properly. I vouch for the Rojuba being balanced, in fact it may even be a bit under powered.

The Chelonei may be a very tiny bit overpowered. The point is, between these two races is what you want. They are both made using comparative balance and the guide linked above.

4 Points - Limited Fall Immunity (Similiar to Fly, since with Fly you can pretty much negate fall damage. Except it doesn't let you move up or travel horizontally.)

2 Points - +2 to 2 skills

2 Points - Speed and Skill penalties reduced for Medium (Based on the fact no speed penalty on heavy armor is 2 points)

1 Point - Weapon Familiarity for 2 Simple Weapons (Not as useful as martial prof. so 1 point?).

-2 Points - -2 Penalty to whatever the standard +2 adjustment would have been to the mental stat.

7 Points

Which leaves me wondering...

What point value is...

Attacking while Climbing when using a 1 handed weapon.

The Point Bonus from all the Heavy Armor Penalties.
