Howdy...
Starting a few one-off style games in the near future, and came up with a (i think) viable Mr. Hyde/Dr. Jekyll alchemist.
Another few sets of eye/brain pairs looking it over wouldn't go amiss.
(stats were 4d6, GP standard + 1k extra for consumables. at our table, craft feats mean half-cost stuff at CharGen for games like these.)
Any obvious mistakes / illegal combinations?

I didn't check your math too much. Since you got your attack routine and saves correct, there's nothing much to worry about.
What I do wan't to look at, however, is a couple of things:
First of all, you have picked the Craft Wondrous Items feat, but you don't qualify for it since the Alchemist doesn't fulfill the caster level requirement. Alchemists do not have a caster level, but their class level functions "as caster level" when their extracts and the Brew Potion bonus feat are considered. You could take the Master Craftsman feat and qualify for Craft Wondrous with that though. If you feel like spending 2 feats.
Second thing, check p. 198 of the Core book for the Combat Maneuver Defense section. It lists all bonuses that are accounted into the final CMD score. Such as the deflection bonus, which you gain from your Ring of Protection. A minor thing really, but, for instance, our GM always forgot to add those small bonuses to enemy CMD. Same thing with Weapon Focus and Enhancement bonuses affecting combat maneuvers done with a weapon. We always forget these things.
Final nitpick, but are you sure you want to explicitly list all kinds of professions in your character background and then not have ranks in the Profession(relevant one) skill for each career choice? Hope your GM is easy about that thing, because ours isn't.
Oh yeah, you only start with that many languages if your 1st lvl intelligence score is high enough. Further enhancements to the score do not give bonus languages. Those are gained from linguistics. You probably know this though.

Darn, forgot about the caster level thing...d'oh.
Will definitely have to double check the CMB/CMD #'s.
The bkgd stuff re:professions reflects a high Int but lack of ranks...can get DC 10 fairly easily but any "real" worker in that field would laugh at him.
