If this has been brought up before, forgive me...
The "1 new" or "43 new" messages notification, when hovering over, doesn't actually show the new message, but the message right before it.
Clicking on it takes to the last "old" message, not the first "new" message.
Just curious if this was intentional, or if this was a bug?

It was intentional... it has been brought up before, I don't remember what the reasons Gary had stated though
