Greetings awesome Customer Service team,
I have a (small) dilemma. While Christmas shopping for my players, I forgot to get something for one of them, but have just placed an order (the aforementioned #1565677) but was hoping to combine it with the earlier order (#1565438) to "keep" the first $10 shipping advantage.
As the first order is still pending, I'm thinking this will be possible (at least I hope so) but if not, it's not a deal breaker.

Thank you for the quick reply, and I'm glad the combo was easy to do, however in the confirmation email there seems to be a slight glitch.
The paizo gift certificates I purchased were only $20 each... not $50 each. (The tip off for me, besides seeing the incorrect amounts, was the order total nearly jumping +$100 dollars... yikes). ;)
I hope I'm not being a "pain" ... but I hope the order total gets corrected... and I've already downloaded and printed the PDFs of the gift certificates for my two gamers that have pazio subscriptions...

Hi Liz (and Cosmo and Sara Marie),
I didn't realize how close I was to my spending limit on the card I'm now using, so I guess cancel my most recent order (although I have already printed out the gift certificates, I guess the $40 charge for those was approved and went through, it was just the others (the Companion books and the APG that I was ordering for my gamers/players/friends that put me over).
I'll have a fairly sizable order later this month (in my subscriptions) so maybe this was for the best. (Although I do hope to replace this order in a month or so, once I get my next billing statement and pay down my balance on the card).
Sorry for all the fuss and bother. :(

If you like, we could instead suspend the order until a time when you have the balance paid down. That way, you can keep all the goodies on your order at the prices you have.
Let me know what you'd like to do!
Oh Wow Liz... suspending the order would be great. (I wasn't sure that was an option since its a non-subscription order).
So, yes please, a suspend on the order would be what I'd like to do.

Hi Liz,
I was wondering... could I change the payment method? Could I use the previous payment method (just for this order) and then for all future orders its the "regular" payment method.
If so, that's what I'd like to do.
If it's as simple as me clicking and selecting "change payment method" I guess I'll see that when you reply. :)

Dean, I've changed the payment method for this order to the card ending with 4502 and an expiration date of 2/12. Lemme know if there's a different one you'd like to use.

Thanks for all you time and patience with me. (I have never been this "bad" with an order). "Bad" having the same meaning as "asks so many questions". But the card ending 4502 should be fine, and you may send the order out at your earliest convenience.
