I am running the Iron Kingdoms RPG and have been going full blow Pathfinder for a while now. I heard that 3.5 races with a level adjustment of +1 can just lose that +1 for pathfinder. This race gets a +2 level adjustment in 3.5 so please tell me how you would rate it for pathfinder.
Satyxis
+2 Str +4 Dex +2 Con +4 Cha
Med. Size, 30 ft. speed
Darkvision 30 ft.
Gain bluff as a class skill
Natural Weapon: Headbutt (1d6) With a Daze effect if 7 dmg is done Fort DC:11, con based
SQ: Beguile: 1/ day charm, male only DC: 13, Cha based
Level Adjustment +2
These large horned amazonian women are pretty hard core. Would you leave it at LA + 2 or move it up or down?

Definitely leave it at +2. That stat array alone justifies it.
Agreed.
Alternatively, lower it a bit. Headbutt should really be called gore instead (since it's more standard language for it). And natural attacks not coming from the hands are really strong in that they stack with common manufactured weapons.
To lower it to AL +1 if you'd want that, I'd drop the strength bonus, and lower cha and dex bonuses to +2 each. Also, I'd drop the Daze from the gore attack. It would still be a very strong race for a paladin or combat-focused cleric, but more in line with other races.
