Can you extend the effect of a spell's duration by casting it again and again?
For example, let's say I've cast magic jar and possessed a troll. Shortly before the duration runs out, can I cast the spell again to increase the duration without the troll getting a new save?
What about other spells like resist energy?
I'm hoping for official clarification from a developer, not opinions.
