Has anybody converted classes or races from Kingdomes of Kalamar to Pathfinder?

Not yet...but I may be foreced to convert the Basiran Dancer.
I really enjoyed that class.

I liked that class too and also their ideas for brigand and the Sil karg - half hobgoblins... and hobgoblin pc's

Scarab Sages

Their Player's guide and Dangerous Denizens are both top-notch books. It is unfortunate that they are not OGL.

KOK is my favorite setting ever. Unfortunately, from my discovery of it in late 3.0 until now, I haven't had the opportunity to run many games.

I looked for the answer to this question on the interwebs a month ago, but came up with nothing.

I sat down to convert the pantheon to Pathfinder (as that's all that I was really interested in converting), but lost interest. I think the pantheon is the only KoK item that must be converted for crunch. Although, regional traits would be nice, too. Their campaign setting is pretty much divided into non-crunch and crunch. And the non-crunch was the appealing part to me.

Alas, I'm probably going to check out Glorian when the new book comes out.

I find Golarion to be awesome and I loved Kalamar :)

On a (distantly) related note, I once ran the last half of "The Root of All Evil" in PFRPG. To that end, I converted more than a dozen stat blocks to PFRPG.

Nice love to see em :)

With the exception of some of the classes, and even then it might not be that difficult to do.. the modules themselves are fairly easy to convert over to pathfinder :)
