Please ship my Primer

I've got the Primer marked for hold for monthly, and it's going to go out in late December. Without changing my preference, can you just ship the Primer now? Happy to pay the extra shipping to indulge my impatience ;-)

In your My Account section where it shows the sidecart you should be able to click "Ship these items now" or something along those lines.

I was just having the same thought, but when I tried to actually use it, it came up as wanting to send all of the items in my sidecart, including the ones that are still in preorder status (though it only showed that the one item would ship on the "My Accounts" page).

I'd like to piggyback on ajs' request and ask that my copy be sent immediately as well, please.
