Freedom: The choice to do the wrong thing or the right thing. Realising that we choose our actions and behaviour. Without the freedom to choose our actions and behavior we cannot be held accountable for our actions and behavior, nor can we truly acting responsibly or conducting ourselves appropriately. As a result, I personally list freedom as the most important word/value of the five.
Responsibility: Keeping the promise of doing what is required when it is required. Taking responsibility for our actions and the choices we make. Vital for establishing trust amongst our clients, collegues, family and friends. Behaving in a responsible manner determines how we conduct ourselves, how successfully we maintain relationships with others and the success of our career.
Conduct: Behaving appropriatley at all times and practicing an awareness of how our behavior effects others. Our behaviour determines how successfully we maintain relationships with others and the success of our career.
Relationships: How we treat our collegues, clients, friends and family directly effects how they treat us and determines whether we will enjoy a positive enviroment or a negative enviroment.
Career A good career is built on the freedom to choose be responsible and appropriate conduct, behaving responsibly, conducting ourselves appropriatley and mainting healthy relationships with others. Last in order of priority because it is dependent on all of the above value/words.
