I just received the latest bunch of goodies, and it sure looks good - except that it is heavily water-damaged. The books are somewhat readable, but the character folio is useless. Can you please help me?

I've set up replacements to go out with your next subscription shipment. If possible, please email customer.service@paizo.com with pictures of the damaged products and/or packaging.

thanks

Thanks. Paizo really has world class customer service.

After letting the books dry out, though, there seems to be only some cosmetic damage to them, so a replacement seems like overkill. The Character Folio is really bad though. I'll try to get a good picture sent to you.

I see the replacements for the books are still in my sidecart. I realy did mean it: I don't want replacements for them, the damage to them is only cosmetic, and I feel bad about taking advantage of your awesome customer service.

But...but...we want to make you HAPPY! :D *offers cookies*

Edit: I've removed the two replacement copies of our books and kept the replacement for the Character Folio in your sidecart. You also have some store credit in exchange for the non-mint copies of the books that you received.

Woohoo! Greatness!

Where do I find the credits?

Go to My Account and look under the heading for "Store Credit". Normally it applies automatically to your next order you place through the web store - you have to change it manually if you don't want to use it. (Found out that the store credit didn't stick originally - weird! Fixed now.)
