No, we have not run Year of the Shadow Lodge in our area (greater DC metro) and yes we're looking for something like that for synDCon. I've never seen it for order on this website, so how do we get our hands on it? Do we need to contact a Paizo representative directly? Does it span all levels of play? How many judges do you need to run it? Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes -- levels 1-11

You must be able to guarentee at least 3 tables -- other than it's up to you to know how many judges and tables whatnot

What Thea said. In addition to three table GMs, you'll need one overseer GM to run the whole room and keep everyone on pace with one another.

John, I helped run the Shadow Lodge event in Denver a few months back and would be happy to help you with it next April. I am in the DC area 3-4 times a year so I will coordinate a visit during your Con. I can run a few tables while I am there too. Let me know!
