Is something on backorder? If so, maybe I can change the order around. It has been pending since Nov. 5 and I don't mean to be pushy, just curious what is taking so long...

Dave, it looks like two of the items you've ordered are not in stock yet and that's what is holding up your order. If you'd like, I can move the two items to a new order so they can ship out separately and the remainder will ship immediately.

Will that affect the shipping savings I was getting for having over $100? If not, please do so. It is will do you have an ETA for the two? BTW: Which two?

Dave, I've moved the two items in question ("Vallejo Model Color: Set 03" and "Kolinsky Sable Brush : Fine Detail") to your sidecart so that they will ship with your next subscription shipment once they come in. Those products can take up to 15 business days to arrive from our distributor, so they should arrive before the end of the month and should be able to ship out with your next AP issue. You are still getting your shipping savings on this order.
