The few feats already listed up there are ones that a Jedi receives at first level. Then I have the others listed.
I was looking at it before you added Weapon Finesse or Skill Focus (UTF).

As far as Zee and Aran go, the droid being on the run certainly gives him a chance to wind up in the sort of places Fin frequents, either owned by him or 'taken' as a parting gift from his last outfit.

Well, I guess the 'crawl' answers the question that we didn't know each other much before coming to Trinity Station.
I'll go with Fin having 'acquired' Zee in the break up after his last botched job. Zee was looking for a ride that took him further away from the people that seem to be hunting him. Zee likely won't have made it known yet he thinks the attacks sometimes occur around him are far from random.
I'll say that Zee's knowledge of Social Sciences has him predicting that if Aran knew that Zee was trouble then Aran would abandon him leaving Zee to find a new 'ride'.

Evidently. I just thought it would've been easier for us to have all met up somehow.
I'll stick with Hish and Caelum having met on the run. Fin and Zee could've easily been on that ship as well seeing as how it was coming from Nar Shadaa. The Smuggler's Moon would be a perfect place to pick up a droid like Zee. Cordhal could easily have been on the ship and so could Keros. Just plop us all down on the ship from Nar Shadaa together and have it heading towards Trinity.
That's my two cents.

I already know where Aran and and Zee are going to start, you and H'ishmau will start together. Not sure yet exactly where Cordhal and Keros will start. I would like to not have Keros paired up with Jedi just yet, because Jensaarai tend to not like them all that much.
Honestly, with Forum games especially I don't mind people not starting together. Splitting the party tends to be a lot less of a game breaker if all it takes is an extra paragraph and a few hours to think about it.
