As a player in the Council of Thieves campaign I must ask, how spoilery this podcast and also the one about Bastards of Erebus are. We are at the end of chapter 4 in our campaign, so spoilers about chapter 1 & 2 shouldn't be a problem, but possibly the podcasts contains spoilers for later chapter or the whole plot of the campaign. Can you say something about that?

Good questions Zaister!

We are very sensitive about maintaining the quality of our listener's games! Our cast is by design, split into a Companion section for everyone and then the Chronicle section for GM's only. If you do not listen beyond Gandalf's warning, you should be just fine. We are equally aware that reviewing an Adventure Path needs careful handling, so months of future gaming can be played unspoiled. At times in the GM review, we discuss foreshadowing and events that will play out in the next chapter. To be safe, I would refrain from listening to any of the Chronicle sections covering CoT, until you've finished the AP.

If you are a player and have completed Part 4, you can probably listen to the Chronicle side of Episode #010. You should not listen to the Chronicle side of Episode #06 of the podcast, however, as our dicussion of Pt 1 of Council of Thieves in the Chronicles section of Episode #06 includes spoilers for the entire CoC AP.

Thank you both!

Great interview...... and Research did an excellent job on the Necromancer.

I like the idea that the Monsters are going to be tied into the adventure...

I am wondering if you could do a Chronicle around a setting... like Korvosa or Caer Maga and how you could build a campaign from the book.

If you are in contact with Richard let him know that when Australia has finished teaching the Welsh how to play rugby, the English are next...

I couldn't pick his accent is he from the North?

We could do this for Caer Maga. At this stage, however, there are still some products on the horizon that are due out for the city. I would prefer to wait until they are complete and released before we dive in to that topic.

Not sure exactly where in the UK he is from. My suspicion was that he was from the Midlands, but I may be wrong. I'll ask him next time he is on -- which should be sometime in late December or early January.

Wait... you *voluntarily* spent time in the same room with The Pett?!? Sane men have been driven mad for far less than that...

They wouldn't do that, despite an invite and reassurances.

They are truly lovely fine fellows however and next time I'm hoping they'll come over to the dark hills of Derbyshire as me and the locals have a surprise for them:)

Derbyshire, eh. According to the Nottingham family I spent a week with during a school-trip, that would explain a lot of the Pett's perversions. Though I suspect they'd be amazed at his vocabulary, or even that he can string together a proper sentence.

I kept wanting Pett to say "Trouble 't Mill" I am guessing that his accent is from a little further south.
