My subscription recently shipped out in two parts. However, I think I may have gotten charged for part of it again when the second portion was shipped. I have a charge for $42.09 that's the full price of the order on the 29th, and now I have a charge for $33.25 on the 2nd. Thanks for looking into this, looking forward to both packages. :)
neookami, it looks like we placed an authorization for the initial full order total of $42.09 on October 29th. Authorizations place a hold on funds in your account, but generally fall off on your account after 3 days (the actual time varies depending on your bank). On November 1st, we charged for the first part of your order for $8.84, using the authorization that we got earlier (authorization and settlement amounts can be different - this is where the confusing part comes in). When the second part of your order became available, we requested and received a new authorization and settlement for $33.25 on November 2nd.
So to sum up - you've only been charged for a total of $42.09, though there are extra funds that might be held up at your bank which should be released within the next couple of business days (again, depends on your bank).
