Spirited Charge + Leap Attack?

Ok my question is what if someone uses leap attack while they are mounted and also have the spirited charge feat?

First could the mount leap 10ft instead of the PC?

If so for example purpose lets have a PC with STR 22 base attack 16
If the PC hits would the damage be [1d10 +9(STR)+45(power attack + leap attack)]x3(spirited charge) for around 165-192 points of damage

Pretty sure it doesn't work. Because the mount would be the one doing the jumping
