Being relatively new to pathfinder I have been looking at all of the classes. I find the summoner one of the most interesting classes.
What I can't seem to grasp lies with the Eidolon and weapon attacks.
1st Question:
Example:
Say I want a biped Eidolon to wield a longsword in one hand and a short sword in other do I take the -5 penalty for a secondary attack and then apply the penalties for two weapon fighting? So would my Eidolon be -9 for main hand and -12 for the offhand?
2nd Question:
What does multi-attack feat do for this? Do I take the feat earlier than 9th level if I want to make it work?
3rd Question:
I have seen lots of posts in various areas talking about the weapon Eidolon being superior, is this only at higher levels?
4th Question:
What should a 1st level biped look like if I want to make him into a weapon wielding menace?

1) For attacks with manufactured weapons you only apply the standard (-4 primary, and -8offhand) two weapon fighting penalties with a light off hand weapon. Two weapon fighting or multiweapon fighting would reduce those penalty. The -5 penalty for secondary attacks only apply to those attacks with natural weapons.
2) Multiattack only applies to attacks with natural weapons. Any natural weapon attack you use in conjunction with manufactured weapon (or any normally secondary natural attack) has the penalty reduced from -5 to -2.
3) There is no limit (though there have been posts that imply that was an oversight that remains despite being brought up numerous times in the public tests) to the number of manufactured weapon attacks that an Eidolon can make. Thus they can be superior, especially in terms of damage per round which is the most common bar of comparison.
4) No advice.
