Iconic Ability Score Generation Method?

Rules Questions

I suspect the answer is likely to be "the Paizo developers made them up", but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what methods may have been used to generate the iconic PCs?

We're going to be doing Carrion Hill in a few weeks, but only one of the players has picked one of the provided characters, and the rest want to generate their own. I want to make sure everyone starts on an equal footing.

First they picked some rays of sunshine from a summer sky,
Then they added three drops of reason and drive,
Lastly they added just a pinch of gritty realism.

Shake thoroughly - for external use only.

No idea! :D I would guess they are 15 point buy and use all the standard rules from the three core books.

*shakes fist*

The same.
They are all made the same way.
Elite NPC array at 15 buy points: 15,14,13,12,10,8
Seltyiel: 12,15(+2 race),14,13(+1 4th level),8,10
Harsk: 14,15(+1 4th level),13(+2 race),10,12(+2 race),8(-2 race)
Merisiel: 12,15(+2 race),14(-2 race),8(+2 race),13,10 they forgot +1 4th level
Kyra: 13,8,14,10,15(+2 race, +1 4th level),12

WARNING! These pregenerated character have NO traits and NO Favored class bonuses.
Remember to give them that too!

Aha! I tried to reverse engineer them, but they weren't consistent, so I'd assumed they'd been rolled. I didn't consider that the 4th level bonus had been forgotten on Merisiel.

Thanks!
