Actions while having an action readied...

Rules Questions

Can a PC move while he has a spell readied? Are there any other actions that a PC can make?

Can a PC identify a spell being cast using Spellcraft while having a spell readied?

Sovereign Court

Readying an action is a Standard action, so on your turn in a round you can move, take free actions, use a swift action and still ready another action for later.

While you are readied but after your "normal" turn has passed (i.e. your original initiative count) you can take immediate actions, Attacks of Opportunity, Speak (a free action usable anytime by RAW), or make any passive skill checks your DM allows or thinks appropriate (Perception mainly).

So to answer your questions.
#1 No, you may move before you Ready, but not during UNLESS you have not moved in the round at all. Then you may take a 5 foot step as part of your readied action. But you can't take it between the time you announce your readied action and the triggering condition.

#2. Yes I would allow a reactive Spellcraft check. But if you're readied you wouldn't be able to counterspell or anythign like that. You're locked into waiting for your specific trigger or your next turn which ever comes first.
