Please put a temporary hold on my account

Hi, I recently had to get my bank to reissue my atm/debit card that I use to pay for my subscription shipments due to a failed attempt by some party to bill me some fraudulent charges. So until my new card gets to me in the mail my subscription payment won't be able to post.
If you could please place a temporary hold on my subscription shipments until approximately November 15th I'd really appreciate it. Once I get my new card and pin I'll be able to update my account info and I'll let you know when to take the hold off.

Hey Aaron, I've gone ahead and suspended your subscriptions (you should get an email with the details). Please let us know when your payment information has been updated!

Thanks, you sure are fast. It's a delight dealing with paizo's customer service. I don't think I've gotten faster or better service anywhere else.

I having trouble changing My Payment Method. I'm not finding the link to add a new card. Last time it was under the "MY PAYMENT METHODS" link but I not seeing it there.

Cyd, normally the link you've chosen is correct, but it is my understanding that you need to have unsuspended your subscriptions (or have a pending order) before you can alter payment methods. Please let me know if you'd like me to unsuspend your subscriptions so you can add a new payment method.
