Basically it's a female upper half growing out of the worm Mikaze. Has some gore with a half eaten corpse.

Fixed.

This is why I love this place. Because I know I'm not the only Weirdo punster out there! Yay!

I bet nobody expected an inquisition like that, huh?

No one expects the Spanish Inquisition.... to trop trou.

Actually, the pun output is weak. Why is there no quip about Penetrating Strike yet? Nothing about grapple, either.

Or Devastating Blow? I guess if you begin searching for it, the list goes on and on... :D

That does bring some images up that I'm trying hard to erase.. :P And failing... Will you look at those teeth!? :D

That would require 1) A job (I don't see that happening at the moment ;-)) 2) A wife that could see a reason why I should have such a toy, and/or 3) An unbeatable argument to convince the wifey that said "toy" was a must-have...

I just don't see it happening mate ;-)

Well I figured the "having a job" one was a given for viewing NSFW stuff at work. :P

There are two links now, and a third by TOZ (that one is weird man, I don't see it working in the way its described to be honest)

Just have a look... you know it makes sense...

You spoilt it!

TBH I'm not a fan of the image, but it IS Tremors rule 34

I never said it was good.

The second one is better, if more exploitative...

Grand Lodge

Hey, who doesn't enjoy spoiling things? ;)

And I was mostly referring to the image rather than the text. Even if it did lose something in the translation, some authors are weird. Still a good series of images.

I can't help but feel alarmed that we can describe such a scene as-a-matter-of-factly as this. My God. What have the internets done to us?

And I feel bad that I think I can predict the link you posted.

Guessed wrong! Also need to go play Castlevania. Again.

Now I am wondering what link you thought I was posting!

Thought for certain it was going to be that "My Life With _____" series that /tg/ has long been enamoured with(and keeps reposting over and over AND OVER). At least that's I came to relate to that site name, erroneously or not.

Ah, that is a good one. Sorry they played it out.

lastknightleft, thanks for linkification. It was late, and I was tired. :P

KaeYoss, I've actually gotten polite sass from Montalve for elves with... um... signs of being post-puberty. My defense is that the "elves got no body hair!" thing seems, far as I've seen, to be a holdover from 3.X that has set itself in Pathfinder players' minds, but doesn't appear to be in any of the Pathfinder books. It's like lady-dwarves with mustaches: somewhere, someone said it, and it stuck in everyone's gaming genome like a string of junk DNA. That, and for this piece in particular, there is the very slightest shading hint of Desna having something going on down south on the original piece (not nearly as obvious as the 3.5 MM's nymph piece, but still, enough for me).

I also point out that elves with secondary sex characteristics means drow fanservice will be a lot more interesting. :P

But I accept all criticisms with open, razor-lined arms. :D

Also: someone tell the Rule 34 folks to update their gallery. I've done far better than those pieces in the intervening time.

I think the elves with no body hair thing (and lady-dwarves with beards, and hairy-footed halflings) are things that are so ingrained in our gamer DNA that it's hard to suss out their origins. Every artist is going to render it differently, which is part of the fun. :D

Well, in the 3.0/3.5 PHB it was explicitly stated that Elves were genetically hairless, save for that on their heads. The basic, default, "Out Of Box Fantasy World" Elves one might have, if one were to run the basic, default "Out of Box Fantasy Game" with the D&D Players Handbook, would have fantastic careers as exotic dancers and "entertainers" in the modern world.

Personally I'm a big fan of cultural norms and idioms based on weather and society where such things are concerned. In my longest running D&D game, it was the norm for men and women of four or five neighboring, related cultures to shave every last bit of hair off of their bodies, wear wigs, scent themselves with honey and perfume a-la High Kingdom Egypt, and walk around in little more than a skirt and sandals. Their unrelated neighbors to the north, however, looked at them like they'd grown a third head from within their sturdy, concealing tunics and hose.

I'd rather a societal view on such things than a Racial view. But I think that's because I loathe the monoculture-specific view on Fantasy races that permeates the game.

...

Okay, that's way too much thought on something in a thread about pictures of naked game characters.

Moving on!

I totally agree. And I'm anti-anti-pubic hair, so there you go. :P

So far, the fanservice experience has been illuminating, to say the least, regarding player's personal tastes, desires, and experiences. You learn a lot talking to folks about what they like when you draw naked fictional characters as a hobby. For instance: while I've met non-redhead fans in my life, they're apparently a rarity among gamers. We love the redheads, it seems. :P

Weird side note: I'm listening to Clutch's "Rats" at the moment, and as I was typing that, the lyrics were "lay me down upon a bed of roses." So hooray for serendipity. :D

Moving on!

I refuse to move on! Let's delve deeper, dammit!

Call it research. :D

I noticed that 3.X made a point to turn the elves into some kinda clean-shaven fan's happy place; I didn't know if it came from an earlier source, however, and was hesitant to say "it's the 3rd Edition team's fault!" Not like I'd lay fault on some guys writing a gaming sourcebook for basically saying, "dwarves are hairy; elves are not hairy. There you go!"

'Sides, I met some of them folks, and they're decent chappies. I don't pick fights with folk who might be my next art client, especially not about something they typed, like, ten years ago about non-existent critters and the development of their puberty. My game's got facial-hairless female dwarves, and I suppose if anyone in a game went digging in some elf pants, they'd find similar growth patterns to the human norm, but no one's tried so far. The only time it came up in-game was in my old Savage Tide game, where the high-Charisma kenku shugenja was propositioned by Tyralandi, and we looked up avian genitals to see how possible the possibility was. Didn't really come up, since the character in question was not attracted to mammals, but all the same.

Never thought I'd type "avian genitals" on the boards. Hmm.

Side note: I read once that the old Britons, aside from filling their hair with what appears to be limestone, used to shave off every bit of non-head-related hair on their bodies, so it's not just an Egyptian thing. Hair-love (or -hate) is something many cultures have passed through phases of at some point in time. As with pretty much ant kind of body modification, trends come and go.

Didja know Victorian-era prostitutes used to shave their hair and then wear strap-on pubic wigs to avoid pubic lice?

*THE MORE YOU KNOOOW!*

My cat stole my merkins... GET OUTTA MY BASEMENT! GET OUTTA MY F!@!IN POPCORN BUKKIT!

On the set of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Lucy Lawless had to wear merkins because her character so frequently dyed her hair and the show features a lot of nudity.
