Is it correct that this spell effectively allows to cast upon himself with 2 additional rounds of casting and some one time gold investment any spell from any spell list 3rd level or lower?
(2 additional rounds, because 1 round sorting through backpack to select right potion, 1 round to use extract and then 1 round to use potion.)

Any potion ready spell yes. Its almost like being a sorcerer with a wizards spellbook once you accumulate enough cash (and before the game heads to high levels making 3rd level buffs irrelevant)
You can also use the infusion ability to allow the rest of your party to do the same.
Remember that you can make potions that you don't have the spells for by adding 5 to the DC. That should cut down significantly on the cost, assuming your DM allows any downtime.

So, can I use multiple time the same potion, simply by casting every time "alchemical allocation"?
I thought that once used "alchemical allocation" on a potion, that potion could no longer be used by "alchemical allocation".
This give to the Alchemist a whole new dimension.
I can have a sort of new list of spells by keeping a bunch of potions in my coat!!!
Is it correct?
