Does cleanse have some advantage that I'm missing? At first glance it works much the same as heal, except it heals a lot less, can affect only the caster, and doesn't remove some conditions that heal does.
Why would an inquisitor ever pick cleanse over heal?

Ah, quite right. I still don't see many people picking it over heal, but at least there's something.
Inquisitors will just get break enchantment and heal. This should be a 5th-level spell for inqisitors.
