People who think that their vague, unfounded opinions -- on topics they know absolutely nothing about -- somehow constitute The Truth, and must therefore obviously take priority over things like scientific study and, you know, actual reality.
It's OK to say, "I don't know, but it seems like..." -- rather than making weighty pronouncements and bald statements of "fact" that are either false, unfounded opinion, complete gibberish, or some combination of the three.

* People who think the world outside their car is an ashtray.
I was guilty of this when I smoked. I don't even know how it came to be, it's like the behavior comes attached to a pack of smokes. Combine this w/ the fact that new cars don't come with ashtrays unless you pay extra and there's not much to be done about it.

People talking on their cell phones in the bathroom. Even while actually using the facilities...#1 or #2. They just keep yammering. Seriously? Overdeveloped sense of self importance, there? If you're not the president, you can hold it, or it can wait 2 minutes, you @$#clown.
Agreed.
I don't need to hear your conversation for starters, and I really do not want to hear that little pause and half grunt as you are actually going. I'm sure the person on the other end of the phone doesn't either.
