no UPS tracking#?

Hello Sara Marie or Cosmo :) I received the email notification for imminent shipping on order# 1512520 back on the 20th and looking at my order history shows that it shipped Friday the 24th but neither email or order history included the tracking info link for UPS. Just wondering if this some change in the website/order processing or if something else is going on. Thanks!

Check your order history in your account, that's where I've always found the tracking info.

I actually looked there first when I noticed it wasn't on the email. I've actually seen it there on other orders. I waited a few days for the package to leave before I checked again and decided to post.

Sidenote: I've also not seen the 'click to personalize' button on my download page for awhile either : \

They move the personalize to behind the scenes, you no longer see it.

Was your package shipped USPS or UPS ? I don't think there is any tracking for USPS but it you sent it UPS then will have to wait for someone official to help you


Yeah, I too noticed that the tracking number was not available for my UPS shipment. Also, UPS shipments usually have the actual shipping date in Order History, not the shipped by. This shipment says it shipped Friday, but since I got it today, it obviously shipped earlier.

What's up, Paizo? You're not going to let the truly obsessive track our package's process across the country anymore? ;)

Well got the shipment tuesday which would be pretty quick if it shipped out on Friday. Still curious about the lack of tracking numbers but meh *shrug*

The last two (consecutive) orders I received also had missing tracking numbers...

I did finally receive the tracking number for the last shipment (after asking for it via email), but was told that I should look at my spam settings (??)...

I replied saying that I received the auto-response emails just fine, and that those same auto response emails were simply lacking the tracking number, but I never received a reply...

I sure hope this is not the trend it is starting to look like...

This has been my experience as well. I get the shipment notification, but it doesn't have the tracking number like it used to, nor is the number available in my account. Is there a reason the numbers are not being provided anymore???

We've put UPS tracking numbers back into the shipping confirmation emails, but they're not yet back on the Order History, as that's a bit more complex in some circumstances.
