I've looked through several books and I can't seem to find something. I could have sworn there was a trait or a feat in pathfinder centered around a half-orc or orc who was more human-like. I see several choices for increasing the orc like features but nothing for minimizing.
I have a concept for a NPC in a game I'm GMing, which involves an orc who is "born cursed" in that their physical looks are milder then most. I could just make it fluff or house rule it, but I could have sworn there was something out there already for this in one of the pathfinder books.

APG pg. 166 Pass for Human is the feat.
In the 3.5 pathfinder campaign setting book there was a feat called Veiled Vileness, but pass for human may have replaced it in PF rules.
