In san fran need a shop

Gamer Connection

So my wife and i are in san fran for our 1 year Aniv. And we wanted to go to a gaming storw to get her some new dice. We live in a smaller town and the chance to see an bigger gaming store would be fun. Also i wanted to check out some pathfinder stuff. Any one know of a good store?

Thanks

I dont know for sure myself but do you ever go to the ENworld site? There is an entire section on game shops around the country. I think that would be an excellent resource for you.

Game Kastle in San Jose, huge place, made of awesome, big open building, gaming room the size of most whole game stores.

Endgame in Oakland, a block or two off the BART line, broad selections, good indie game support, some gems of used books in the back.

I'm sure the City proper has more but those are mine.

Grand Lodge

Berkeley has games of berkeley right outside the berkeley BART station and Eudomonia near by. Eudomonia is mostly a CCG crowd...with some WOW addicts who use the cyber cafe section, Games of Berkeley is a general game shop with a bunch of wierd nick nacks. Endgame is more of a stratgey game thing. Game kastle is just plain old huge but unless you have a car, it maybe a bit hard to make it there from SF. There is also game scape in San Rafeal and SF proper which is as close to an RPG focused game store as you can fine in this area. The san rafeal store has better people and environment IMHO.

The Exchange

Endgame in Oakland. Gator Games in San Mateo. Endgame is more impressive to look at. Gator has more stuff in a smaller space.

I think he means in San Francisco.

I love this place.

Gamescape in SF is awesome. I know a lot of the guys who work there and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about a wide range of product. Paizo fans, too. :D

Oh, please do come down to Gamescape SF!

My lovely boyfriend, Skylar, and my best friend Dave both work there, (and I used to as well) and it's basically our hang out spot nearly every night until far after closing. There's always events going on, minis like 40k and Warmachine, or MTG nights but every time there isn't, you can bet there's a Pathfinder game being run in the back.

My point being, Gamescape SF is super Paizo friendly, we love us some Pathfinder, and we'd love to talk to you about it!

The address is 333 Divisadero, and the best place to find parking is up on Oak street, 2 or 3 blocks west.

As for dice, we've got a full run of Chessex, naturally, as well some Q Workshop stuff and a few sets of Crystal Caste metal and stone dice sets. We carry all the Reaper Pathfinder minis, as well as tons of others, and every Pathfinder book we can as well!

So, well, we hope to see you soon!

Games of Berkeley and Endgame are the two I know best.

SF is really more of a CCG city from what I've seen; thus why all my games are online :<

Grand Lodge

Wow, didn't realize so many of us were in the SF area :P .

Neither did I. :P If that's the case, why'd it take me so dang long to find a group to play with!? Hahahaha.

Only until June I'm afraid; then I graduate from SFSU and most likely go overseas to teach English :p
