Posted a couple weeks ago about a project to make a convenient list for tracking what spells do and whether you have them (at least for Arcane casters, in the latter category). I took the suggestion to put in save and SR information, and now the first list is all ready. I'll be posting links in the next post, as (to my knowledge) you can't edit an original post.

I'd like to see the Witch added to that list!
Also is it possible to have maybe 5 boxes next to each spell as you may wish to prepare more than one?
Otherwise, very nice and useful.
[Edit] I don't use a laptop at the table but for those who do.. if the spell name was hyperlinked to the SRD it would allow quick full spell info which would be very handy [I appreciate this would involve a lot of work!]

Boxes are for known, not prepared. Lists for Divine casters won't include them. The lists are mostly for the sake of being able to peruse everything you have available A) with a quick look at what it does and how the resistances work; B) Being able to easily check what you know (for Arcane casters); and C) without tying up two physical books. Plus, I believe that writing down your prepared spells for a day would be easier to work with--You have the entire list of what you can do right there, and you can just cross out what you've used, instead of having to wade through a multipage document to find out what you actually took that day.
Lack of Witch on the above list was just a fail on my part. :P

Something else in this venue worth checking out are these Spell Card Generators referenced at the PFSRD site.

I use Parram's Spell List to create spell cards for all my players of the spells that they know. Then not only do they have the spell name, they know exactly what it does!

As a graphic designer this interests me
My idea however is to take the full spell context for each spell and create an organized PDF document that will detail each and every spell for the selected class with full details. I plan to add details in the layouts as well.
So how does Wizard sound for a first list?
