Let's say I have a character that went to fifth level as a fighter, then changed classes to Duelist from then on. Do I still get the Bravery bonus at sixth level, tenth level and so on? Do I get the Armor Training bonus at seventh level, 11th level and so on. Last, do I still get the Weapon Training ability at ninth level, thirteenth level and so on?
In the Advanced Players guide, P109, does the Weapon Master get Weapon Gaurd, its Weapon Training, and Reliable Strike bonuses after fifth level like the example above as if I went into Duelist at sixth and on? What I mean is do I still get the bonuses of those abilities even after I changed classes?

When you change classes, such as from fighter to duelist, you don't continue to gain class-specific abilities in the class you've jumped from unless your new class grants that same ability and it specifically stacks. Your fighter/duelist is a Fighter 5/Duelist 1. He therefore doesn't get the abilities you mention, as you're not a Fighter 6, or Fighter 10, etc.
The Weapon Master is an archetype. Archetypes are variants on the base class, in this case fighter. So this scenario applies to him as well.
