I was starting to make sure all sessions I have run for friends have been entered. I realised that event #2923 was reported as running on the 25th of May when it was actually run on the 25th of August. I hope this can be fixed.
Have you tried to delete and re-report. This could have been more dangerous in the past as sometimes ghost entries would linger for a while - but it seems to me all ghosting has been taken care of.
I'm not saying this works - you are at your own risk trying it. Just report back if this would have fixed it.

I've been able to add new, corrected sessions okay, but have not found a way to delete the old, incorrect ones.
