Please fix my mistake

Can some please fix a mistake I made while inputing a PFS game?

One of my players had not registered a new character so I had to go by what I thought he wrote down on the session sheet. Well I misread it.

The user name is Truly Evil Bob and his PFS number for the character is 17567-2, I put Morco Rapeface but it should have been Marco Rapefacé.

Simply go back into the event, delete the incorrect entry, hit "add new character" and add the correct info. Then save and exit. Done.

Tried that.. did not work...

All it did was correct the name on the reported event, but still links to the incorrect Character name.

Josh... I wish I was... I wish I was...

All I can say it is not pronounced the way it is spelled..and it has no indication on how he plays his character.
