Mini and prop suggestions?

playing in KM now but gm'ing SS soon. anybody got mini suggestions for the npc castaways? or using set pieces while on the shiv?

The first session I prepared a bowl of nuts and tropical fruits as snacks for the players. I have printed and "weathered" all the handouts using coffee and curling them up. I also printed all npc and monster portraits to show the players as they encounter them. I have a slide show of jungle images on my tv-screen using my ps3 to play them. I play jungle sound effects and creepy drum music on my computer using an rpg sound and music program called scene-sound. As far as minis go I make due with what I got, mainly cheap pre painted plastics from the wotc minis line. I also use a lot of different flip mats, all of them available at the Paizo store.

For minis it's whatever I gots lyin' around, man. Mostly half-painted Warmachine minis, a war elephant, and some battletech mechs.

I'm planning to supplement the minis with music and maybe showing an old jungle movie before play. And I'll be cooking. I'm thinking a curry with homemade naan or maybe ship's food (stew with hunk of bread). Since I have the feeling I'm stuck cooking every game I can pull a wide variety of proper foods. Sometimes being too poor for pizza works to the advantage.

Although as DM I can always take advantage of some of the more tribal pieces of jewelry I have and maybe incense for some of the more intense sessions.

I havn't read anything yet, but if Eando Kline is as big as he's being made out to be in this, might want to pick up his mini.

Who is this Eando Kline? I have seen this name pop up a few times. I have only recently switched to pfrpg and have only played part of kingmaker. Is this someone I should learn more about for SS? I have only read #37 and don't remember that name.

He was a dude introduced in the Pathfinder Journals of the Curse of the Crimson Throne books. The journals were about how he explored the darklands, had a feud with another guy, got to pet some nice rust monsters, and found

the serpentfolk. Also he blundered about and woke them up so they could enact eeeevil plans involving conquering the world. Again.

I believe he tried to get the Pathfinder Society to take things seriously and left (or was kicked out?) in disgust. He's going to be introduced and be important later in the AP.

Eando Kline was the Pathfinder who ws the focus of the pathfinder journal fiction in pathfinder numbers 2-18. Here is a very brief synopsis of that story
