I'm creating a Wizard Order dedicated to fighting evil. This is what I've hobble together. What do people think.
This is based on Ian's Devout Wizard from the PathfinderDB
White Sage (Variant Wizard)
Based on Devout Wizards by Ian - http://www.pathfinderdb.com/character-options/class-options/469-wizard-vari ant-devout-wizard
White Sages are an order of Wizardry devoted to the powers of Good. White Sages are not restricted as to schools of Magic.
Class Features Modifications
Skills: Ride is a class skill for White Sages
Arcane Bond: White Sages lose this ability.
Arcane School: White Sages lose this ability.
Domains: Pick a god whose alignment is no more than one step away from your own, and pick two domains of that god. You gain those domains* and all their powers. When determining the powers and bonus spells granted by these domains, the wizard's effective cleric level is equal to their wizard level. You also gain additional domain spell slots, like a cleric, and may prepare domain spells without a spellbook. If you lose favor with your god, you lose this ability until you atone.
Unlike a cleric, you can prepare all domain spells in your normal spell slots (even if not normally on your list).
Despite normally being innately divine, these spells are always considered arcane. Written versions of these spells are indecipherable by any who are not able to cast the arcane version of the spell. If the spell is normally arcane, then the writings are not special in any way.
Domain Alternate: In place of one domain a Devout wizard may gain the Bardic Knowledge feat as the Bard.
See Bardic Knowledge
Dark Times: In extreme cases White Mages may cast spells with the evil descriptor if the outcome of the spell is a good cause. To do so a White Mage takes temporary constitution damage equal to the level of the spell. Other alignment concerns might exist depending on the situation.

Giving the class Ride is really no problem, taking away arcane bond is worth something, and giving up school specialization is a lot of power, but to be honest giving the character domains for it seems a bit heavy.
Here is my worst case scenario Healing and Animal Domain, that way you would get all the healing spells ( at a better spell level than the witch ) and an animal companion. In the end it depends on what you want your wizard to be able to do, adding the spells to your spell list isn´t all that bad, but unlimited casting seems unfair.
But if you add something like "the white wizard can only prepare one spell from his domain spell list per spell level". And remove the bonus feats it could be balanced. Of course then you would have to find an incentive for characters not to multiclass at level 5-6.

Wizards healing was a bigger issue before clerics receives healing surges.
If a wizard takes the healing domain he\she gives up other possibilities and he\she will never be on par with a cleric. I don't think this would make a group give up a cleric.
I'll think about limits on the domain spells. I see being able to cast them in your normal slots as a decrease in power because it means they get no bonus spells because of the domains.
Perhaps they get a single bonus spell at each level from one of their domains but cannot prepare the spells in their normal slots. What do you think?
Personally, I like the thought of a Sage with the Travel Domain and Bardic Knowledge. Makes me think of Gandalf on Shadowfax :).

Just out of curiosity, if they lose arcane bond... how are they going to get bird familiars? That's part of the arcane bond class ability... bonding with an item... or having a familiar.
I like the idea of it in all honesty... but arcane bond needs to stay with the wizard if these guys are going to want bird familiars.
I don't have any specific suggestions at this time, but I'd say the idea needs more work.
Maybe picking ONE domain, instead of two... and gaining the bardic knowledge class ability?
I dunno.
Tired, must sleep.

By healing surges, I guess you mean channel energy and not a 4E houserule.
Gettin no bonus spells sure is an decrease in power for the wizard, but not even clerics themselves can fill all their spellslots with domain spells.Ok I domain slot each level and 1 domain at level 1 and and 10, but no arcane bond, no bonus feats, and losing access to domain spells if they displease their god. Bardic Knowledge like a Bard 3 levels lower, maybe require a divine focus for your domain spells.
And I feel that there needs something like the specialist wizards schools where he has to spend 2 slots per spell.
