Holy Vindicator Mistake?

I was just wondering about the Will save for the Holy Vindicator. It follows the progression of the not so good save (Class Level + 1)/3, except for level 1 where it has a 1 instead of a 0.

Could I get a clarification?

That looks like a mistake, yes. It should be +0 for the Holy Vindicator's level 1 Will save. That would match it with all other poor save progression PrCs.
