According to my Order History Order#1486829 was shipped 09 Aug. I received Order #1498091 today and that was shipped on 16 Aug. If you can help me out I would appreciate it. Thank you.
This order was shipped via the international standard postal rate which has an estimated delivery time of about 7 to 11 business days. Today is the 14th business day since it shipped out, so it is definitely running late at this point. However, it is not yet so late that we should give up on it.
Despite the fact that the later package has arrived, it is still most likely that your package has just been delayed. Please give your package another couple of weeks to arrive. If your package fails to arrive altogether, I will set you up with replacements. However, this happens very rarely.
