It should have electricity attacks.
And a pile of dead pesh addicts around it trying to steal the golem’s fingers to sell to foundries.
Creature Collection 1 (and the revised 3.5 version) had a copper golem in it. It indeed had an electrical attack. There was also a silver, lead, bone and mithril golem.
One of my players showed me the copper golem from Creature Collection 1. So, inspired by that and working with the golem rules in the Bestiary, here is my version.
This automaton of beaten and polished copper stands as large as an ogre. It moves inexorably forward, each step heavy and ponderous.

Electrical conduction (Su) A copper golem deals 1d6 points of electrical damage with a touch. Creatures attacking a copper golem with unarmed strikes, natural attacks or metal weapons take this same electrical damage each time one of their attacks hits.
Immunity to magic (Ex) A copper golem is immune to spells or spell-like abilities that allow spell resistance. Certain spells & effects function differently against it as noted below:
A magical attack that deals fire or cold damage slows a copper golem (as the slow spell) for 2d6 rounds, with no saving throw.
A magical attack that deals electrical damage breaks any slow effect on the golem and heals 1 points of damage for each 3 points of damage the attack would otherwise deal. If the amount of dealing would cause the golem to exceed its full normal hit points, it gains any excess as temporary hit points. A copper golem gets no saving throw against attacks that deal electrical damage.
A copper golem stands 8 ½’ tall and weighs 1,800 pounds. A copper golem cannot speak or make any vocal noise.
Construction
A copper golem must be sculpted from 2,000 pounds of copper, smelted with rare tinctures costing at least 2,000 gp.

Looks good, and over time it gets that nice green patina.
