I have a question regarding the Gelatinous Cube. It lists its CMB as +4 and CMD as -1, but by my calculations of its CMB is +8 and its CMD is +3. It looks like the size modifier has not been included.
My recent PDF version reads CMB +4 and CMD 9.
CMB = Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + special size modifier
BAB = +3
STR 10 = +0
Large = +1
-----------
+4
That looks correct.
CMD = 10 + Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier + special size modifier
BAB = +3
STR 10 = +0
DEX 1 = -5
Large = +1
Base = 10
-----------
9
That looks good to me.
EDIT: I checked my first printing hard copy and it does say -1 for CMD, looks like they forgot the base 10. It is corrected in the errata for the first printing.

Gelatinous Cube, N Large Ooze
BAB +3
CMB +4 = +3 BAB +0 Str +1 size bonus
CMD 9 = 10 +3 BAB +0 Str -5 Dex +1 size bonus
The math looks fine to me. I think you might be looking at the wrong sizing charts. Look here: PFSRD Look at the Size bonuses and Penalties table.
Yes i beleive i was using a +4 size mod (3.5) instead of the +1
Thanks for the help Guys

Just curious, but why?
Are you planning to trip it? Grapple it? Disarm it? Bullrush it? Overrun it? Sunder it's armor or shield? Kick sand into its face to blind it? Pull down its pants to halve its speed? Hit it in a sensitive spot to sicken it? Drag it somewhere? Reposition it? Steal its jelly-covered treasure?
Truly, except maybe for Drag or Reposition, I can't see any need to even think about combat maneuvers with a gelatinous cube.
As for me, I just spread them on really big slices of toast and wolf 'em right down.

What do I win?
Good call, except you can't move through a gelatinous cube. But moving past it might be valuable indeed.
