Healer's Touch is an achievement feat from Player's Guide which gives you the ability to Maximize healing spells without the level increase. So I wonder, does this maximize the damage healed by Channel Energy too?
I'm guessing, RAW anwer would be 'no'. But RAI?
Unless it specifically mentions that it does, I would assume not also.
Channel Energy is not a spell so Healer's Touch does not work with it.
