Playing a half-fiend character question

I am creating a Human half fiend sorcerer to play in a campaign. My question is: Do I get the Human traits like +2 to an ability, "1" Skill point per level, and the extra feat? He is considered a native outsider btw.

Half fiend is a template that you apply to a base race, so yes, you get all human racial abilities.
