Accusing us of lying to you probably isn't helping you win friends here either.

I did not accuse anyone of lying. I simply told of my experience.

I would have answered you in the other thread, but unlike you, I do not have the magic required to post in a thread after it was locked.

You might try comparing the time stamp of your messageboard post and the time stamp on the customer service reply (make sure you're looking at when it was sent, not when it was received, and adjust from GST if need be). Looks like there *is* such a thing as coincidence!

I did. An what a surprise... it was sent after my post. I admit that the 4 minute reaction time is impressive, so ... yeah.

Edit: I should clarify. Of course I understand that it might be coincidence. I simply don't know, and I'm willing to believe you. But I did check the mail headers before posting, and they are not as you suggest. My original thread was created :01, and the mail was sent to the paizo mailserver at :05.

Oh, please just send them an email if you want to be sarcastic. I've had enough of this whole nonsense. Your reply took longer than they like. It happens. They said sorry. Full stop.

Anticipate response:
I know I don't have to read it if I don't want to. Silly me for opening CustServ threads in case I can help someone.

Good grief. Stop whining. You whined in the last thread and saw fit to whine in this one. Just ask for a refund for your product, send the product back, and go away. Paizo folks won't tell you this, but most companies would be happy to rid themselves of that one or two problem customers that are persistent whiners. The company is doing well and won't miss your few dollars. If you were pleased with the resolution provided as stated in your last waste of message board space, you wouldn't have posted this one. Just go away. No one here will miss you.

I'm sure whatever your issue was, it required more than four minutes to resolve. Regardless, this issue seems to have gone on long enough. Unlike some, I don't want to suggest you take your business elsewhere, but you are adding nothing to the online community here with these caustic threads, so perhaps you can take them somewhere else.

Why do you all suggest to me to stop shopping at Paizo... I'm happy being a customer of theirs. The simple fact is that the timestamp comparison does not lead to the result that Vic Wertz noted, and he seemed to have misread my post, since I never accused anyone of lying.

Are you ignorant, or being intentionally obtuse? By doubting Cosmo's assertion that the timing of your resolution was coincidence, you are, in effect, implying that he is lying to you.

And if you truly believe that a four minute time lapse is long enough to access your issue (whatever it was), research it, resolve it, and craft a reply, then you really have no idea what goes into providing customer service to anyone.

Let it go before you make yourself look worse than you already do.

I don't know what this thread is for, but I do know it's not about anybody asking for help with a customer service problem, so I'm moving it out of the Customer Service forum.

Edit: And since I really, REALLY don't know what this thread is for, I'm going to lock it and let someone else decide if there's a point to it and unlock it.
