you all remember the craze a few years ago of "rickrolling" - trying to trick people into looking at rick astley singing "never gonna give you up"

well, after last night, it is no longer funny

while at an open-air music event last night, Rick was the headline act - and he was, shockingly, really good!

You realize the reason he was headlining is likely because of the rickroll meme, right? It made him popular again.

The gig is in the town he is from (more or less - about 4 miles out) and so, he was always fairly big there.

I never minded it when I was 'rickrolled', or 'muppet rolled' or 'Rick/Caramel Dansen rolled' (That's a hilarious combination, by the way, if a little crazy). I enjoy the song and did not think his performance tarnished the music in any way. lol
