Hey, I've been checking daily to see if this has arrived yet. But I still have not seen this order and I am getting a little worried. I noticed that I was charged for this shipment on the 28th and usually my orders arrive within two weeks. Did anything go wrong?

There were no issues in particular with your order, but I'm beginning to notice a pattern of delays with shipments in this month's subscriptions. However, there is no indication that these shipments are any but slightly delayed. Therefore, your order will mostly likely be showing up at any time now, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, please let me know.
