So stupid question but this is my first time playing in Pathfinder. Does Mage Armor stack with a magic bracer that grants a +2 to armor class. Is my AC +6 or +4. Thanks for the help.
Generally speaking no, and you'll be at +4.
Here's how to know for sure: ask or look up what *kind* of bonus it is. If it's the same bonus, then they don't stack.
Mage Armor grants an "armor" bonus. So do the bracers of armor that you are *probably* talking about, so they don't stack- only the higher applies.
The only catch is that a very few things will say that they increase your armor bonus by blah amount- but normally you won't see items like that.
