Do you get the extra precision damage from this feat if the target has concealment? I know you don't get additional damage from sneak attack which is also named as precision damage, but is this the case for all other types of precision damage as well?

My guess with out a book in front of me is no you would not get precision damage from the feat for the same reasons Sneak attack won't work. You can't see well enough for ANY type of precision.
Nevermind, finally found the ruling under the description for Darkness in the srd.
