Power Attack and CMB / CMD

Hi everyone, here is a rapid easy question...

Lets say that Im using Power Attack or Combat Expertise, does the penalty to attack roll applies to CMB and CMD?

Any modifier that would be applicable if you would make an attack (using the same weapon) applies to the CMB as well, so that means, yes the penalties from Power Attack or Combat Expertise apply.

Any modifier to your armor class that does not result from actual armor or shield should apply to your CMD, so the bonus you get from Combat Expertise certainly applies.

Penalties apply to CMB : "Combat maneuvers are attack rolls, so you must roll for concealment and take any other penalties that would normally apply to an attack roll." (Core Rulebook, p 199)

Neither penalties nor bonuses to attack rolls apply to CMD.
